Spencer has a decade of experience building vertical markets in Accounting & Finance and Technology, leading divisions, and building award-winning teams. Prior to this, he spent 11 years in the Automotive sector managing sales and operations of multimillion t/o business units.

 

He is passionate about building strong lasting relationships, specialising interest in supporting PE-backed portfolio organisations going through transformation: SSC, M&A, Carve Out & ERP.
